Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Skillsfirst ("we", "us") collects when you use skillsfirst.pro, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Skillsfirst is operated by Skillsfirst.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. Needed to create your account and let you sign in.
• Billing details — the billing name and address you enter at checkout, and a record of what you paid and when. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials; those go directly to our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Learning activity — which lessons you have opened and completed, so we can show your progress and issue a certificate.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, captured in ordinary server logs to keep the service secure and working.

2. Why we use it

To give you access to the courses your subscription covers, to take payment, to send you service messages about your account, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

3. Who else processes it

Only the providers we need to run the service: Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider, and — where enabled — Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics. Course videos are served by YouTube, so YouTube may set its own cookies when a video loads; their terms apply to that.

4. How long we keep it

Your account data stays while your account is open. If you close it, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must retain for tax and audit purposes.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Write to support@skillsfirst.pro and we will respond within 30 days.
